Pole Fitness

We have designed safe, supportive methods for ladies of all fitness levels to move through our pole program , starting with our beginner friendly Introduction to Pole: Polekitten 101 session, and moving through Levels 2 to 10! Each level includes two weekly lessons, and every class includes a full body workout and new moves, as well as an opportunity to practice your previous pole work.

Fly Zone

Get carried away in the Fly Zone for Aerial Hoop and Suspension Yoga classes!  Our safety first methods carry into teaching everyday ladies to move in an aerial hoop and to get you flipping upside down in suspension yoga.  We start at the beginning in Level 1 for both options, with no experience needed to get flying.

Aerial Hoop Schedule

INTRODUCTION TO HOOP: Level 1 (6 Weeks, Once Per Week):

Burlesque & Specialty Workshops

Love to dance?  Our Burlesque program includes a fully choreographed routine over 6 lessons, and every class includes a burlesque inspired warm-up & workout!  No experience needed to get started.  You’ll also find specialty workshops on our schedule, an opportunity to cover material in a condensed format, or do something special!

You’ve learned the basics on a static pole, now it’s time to put that rotation to work in this spin pole beginner friendly workshop!

SPIN POLE 102
You’ve had a taste of spin pole and can’t wait for more! Continue spinning with new spins and poses to build strength and prepare you for more advanced moves.

Continue spinning and increasing that strength. Learn even more spins and combinations, and even some poses up the pole.
