Pole Fitness

We have designed safe, supportive methods for ladies of all fitness levels to move through our pole program , starting with our beginner friendly Introduction to Pole: Polekitten 101 session, and moving through Levels 2 to 10! Each level includes two weekly lessons, and every class includes a full body workout and new moves, as well as an opportunity to practice your previous pole work.

Fly Zone

Get carried away in the Fly Zone for Aerial Hoop and Suspension Yoga classes!  Our safety first methods carry into teaching everyday ladies to move in an aerial hoop and to get you flipping upside down in suspension yoga.  We start at the beginning in Level 1 for both options, with no experience needed to get flying.

You have goals, and we want to give you the tools to meet them!  Our Diamond Award winning Booty Camp program includes highly effective classes that incorporate bodyweight exercises and HIIT training.  Our Flexibility Training offers you a chance to bend like you’ve never bent before, a must do for those of you working on your splits or your back bends!

Singular in nature with no weekly commitment, these classes are a super way to create a workout regiment that fits your schedule.  With a huge variety of classes to choose from, you’ll find something for you in no time!  Ass Class, Extreme Abs, Flow Yoga, Yogaburn, Sexy Stretch, Pole Tease, Pole Fit, Pole Flow, Burlesque Tease, Suspension Tease and Aerial Fit are just some of what you can do in these classes that are mostly all levels friendly!

Burlesque & Specialty Workshops

Love to dance?  Our Burlesque program includes a fully choreographed routine over 6 lessons, and every class includes a burlesque inspired warm-up & workout!  No experience needed to get started.  You’ll also find specialty workshops on our schedule, an opportunity to cover material in a condensed format, or do something special!
