We offer both LIVE online scheduled classes and courses, as well as online rentals that you can do when it suits you best in your day!

Here’s how it works:

1. Head over to our schedule below or pop onto our app, and sign up for class as you normally would.  Be sure to sign up early, as registration closes 15 minutes prior to class start time!

2. Get super pumped, because we are darned excited to see you all! 🥳

3. Get your stuff together and yourself all set up!

4. About 15 minutes before class starts, we will email you a link. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your junk and spam folders.  Click on the link to enter! If this is a live class, please join us in the online class 5-10 before it starts.  We can’t let latecomers in, so be sure to be early & say hi in our chat for attendance!  If it’s a rental class that you are signed up for, the link we email to you will be valid for 24 hours.

7. Be proud, eat some snacks, refuel your body, do your thang! Enjoy the rest of your day or night, and we’ll catch you again the next day for another one!
