Focused Intentional Training sessions are 30 minutes in length, and are designed with specific missions in mind. There are four streams of classes that you can mix and match or plan your workouts with!
Both of these types of drop-in classes require no weekly commitment, so you can come as often as you like, or as un-often as you need.

Live classes begin at the scheduled time, be sure to be on time as we cannot allow late comers into class!
Rentals hit your inbox at the scheduled time BUT you have 24 hours to complete your workout!
