In Studio Protocol

All in studio sessions have specific measures and protocol in place to protect our staff and students.
Safety remains our top priority.
Below is an outline of the additional procedures in place to protect everyone in our space:

Please call the studio when you arrive so we may ask you the screening questions to allow you entry, and meet us at the front the desk to have your temperature taken and complete and sign your detailed screening questionnaire.

Please bring clean indoor shoes or socks to wear after removing your outdoor shoes and placing on our shoe rack. These only need to be worn to and from your workout space, or around the studio if you are using the washroom, etc.

We ask that you wear a mask at all times in our space, and that you sanitize your hands at our front desk when you arrive.

We will provide you with a sanitized yoga mat at no charge during your lesson, please leave yours at home.

Please bring minimal belongings with you, as cubbies will not be available for storage.

We will require physical distancing of at least 6 feet at all times.

The front door will be used for entering the studio, the back door for exiting.

We thank you in advance for respecting our space and our community. Should you decide that our safety measures are not right for you at this time, we invite you to wait until we reach a phase that you are comfortable with.
