BODY SMASH is an energetic 30 minute class using only your own bodyweight, with no equipment, and will have you giving your all and burning through a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout that will strengthen your cardiovascular health and have you shedding fat fast, leaving you feeling powerful and so strong!
Glide your way through 30 minutes of a slider HIIT workout that will blast your body with challenging resistance training and cardio exercises. You’ll feel stronger, build full body strength and coordination and feel your muscles transforming with every single workout!

PRE-REQUISITES: you should be able to perform basic exercises such as a squat, plank and push-up before attending this class.

THINGS YOU WILL NEED: comfortable workout clothing, water and a yoga mat (rent one from us for $2, or bring your own) & clean indoor running shoes!
